Good morning, and welcome to Sunday!

The weekend didn’t get off to a great start yesterday. The plumbers were here most of the day, making more noise than the demo crew. Honestly, I thought I was being pranked and the guys were actually destroying the house. Cindy was smart—she left for the day. Meanwhile, I picked up a nasty head cold, and I’m still dealing with it this morning. Ugh. I’m officially on SICK LEAVE! 🤧

On another note, a thought occurred to me a few days ago. Alex sent me a long list of questions that I haven’t been working on, so I figured I’d start publishing my responses weekly. That way, they’re out there while I’m still around, giving people a chance to ask questions, challenge my memory, or even add their own recollections. Better to clear things up now.

Here’s the plan: every Saturday, I’ll share my response to one question. That gives everyone a week to chime in—whether to ask for clarification, correct my memory, or add their own perspectives. After that, I’ll finalize it and move on to the next question. I doubt I’ll get through all 70—some of them probably overlap—but I’ll do my best.

I’ll also publish the full list of questions, so if anyone wants to add to it, feel free. I’ll answer as honestly as I can… depending on how deep y’all decide to dig. Anyway, that’s where my head’s at—I want to finish this for the group.

Lastly, Alex has had the new laser for one week…see photo attached. It’s excellent work. He’s got a new side job/hobby.

For now, I’ll be in my usual spot by the fire, resting and trying to shake this cold. And no, I won’t be showing you the mountain of used Kleenex nearby. It’s disgusting.
