Nikki is putting together a Super Bowl squares pool for fun and fundraising. Details are as follows:
Hi everyone, Super Bowl Sunday is coming up, and we’re hosting Super Bowl Squares this year to raise money for a great cause - ALS United, of course. You can gamble and feel good about it!
Cost: $25 per square Donation: $10 from each square will be donated to ALS United (through our marathon funding page).
How it works (zero football knowledge required):
- There are 100 total squares available per board
- Each square costs $25
- Once a board is full, numbers (0–9) will be randomly assigned to both teams
- Numbers correspond to the last digit of each team’s score
- The numbers will shift and be reassigned every quarter
Payout details: Total pot per board: $2,500
- $1,000 donated to ALS United
- $1,500 paid out to winners per board (this could be you!)
Quarterly payouts:
- 1st Quarter: $250
- Halftime: $500
- 3rd Quarter: $250
- Final Score: $500
Payment methods: Please submit payment when you sign up using one of the following options. Include “Super Bowl Squares - YOUR NAME” in the note.

Squares are first come, first served (text me at 847-687-3312). Once all squares are filled, the completed board(s) and team numbers will be shared. We’d love to run more than one board, but that depends on participation — so feel free to grab multiple squares and help us fill them up in support of ALS United.
