Many of you may remember Andy talking about Pete Saunders in his blog posts. Pete was diagnosed with ALS in January 2024. Andy and Pete were introduced by Peggy at ALS United because she thought they would help each other and have much in common. Although they never met, Andy and Pete made a connection. They thought of each other as brothers in their fight against ALS.

Pete lost his fight with ALS on Saturday, October 3. Pete and Jenna celebrated their wedding anniversary the previous day. We’re heartbroken to hear about Pete, and we send our deepest sympathy to Jenna and their family.
